The Love Being Human List!

So this blueprint for breakthrough is all about snapping you out of what is currently dragging you down or blocking your success. Too often we spend all of our time telling ourselves what we lack, not what we have available to us; our natural gifts and talents.

And you have tons! Trust me! Right now I promise you are a million miles away from knowing what you’re capable of. If you follow and utilise these steps, in whatever order speaks to you, then you will develop a wonderful, healthy fascination for yourself! Beginning the important work of freeing yourself from inauthentic ego-related behaviours along the way.

Everything mentioned applies equally no matter what sex you are. And it will appeal to your conscious and unconscious minds in a very comprehensive way. It will also ask you to identify with yourself as both being and not being an actual human body!

Utilise this list and see your life shift fast!

Some steps you will do once, some you will dip in and out of for the rest of your life!

I bring this list to you because when I work with you, I never see you as simply bound by your human body, and whatever limitations you may think that has.

I look for the whole thing!

So don’t worry how you go about this! Even if you are really depressed or burnt out right now. What I don’t want you to do is get overwhelmed with the amount of suggestions and insights you’ll get from it. This is a journey and a guideline. Something that will grow with you and always have your back.

Ideally, when you cast your eye over this list, you should feel a spark of healthy curiousity about yourself.

There are no hard and fast rules about how you approach it. But it is to get you moving… and thinking differently.

I want you to settle into this. Take your time to learn. Some aspects won’t take long at all, and some are going to take some study and research on your part. You may also want to start a journalling practice alongside it.

The aim of the blueprint is for you to truly recognise how limitless you are once you identify and work with your strengths. How you will optimise yourself to full advantage. And start to love who you are, what’s brought you to this point, and eventually what you do. These are all the things that are tried and tested by me. That I have fully utilised in the past and are an ongoing part of my life now.

    1. Book a Free Call

    Clearly, the first thing I’m going to advise is to book a free call with me and discuss where you’re at right now and what you feel is holding you back! You can have 30 minutes to discuss whatever you need, I won’t pressure you into any decision. I leave that for you to decide at your leisure. But we will do a thorough intake, and I will give you my insights into the situation.

    Plus, you can contemplate whether you want to work with me while you take some of these other steps.

    2. Feeling Blue Right Now?

    Depression is NOT a chemical imbalance in your brain. You are not inherently faulty.

    For it to be a proven chemical imbalance in the brain there would firstly have to be a clinically established set of chemical levels for a ‘normal’ non-depressed brain. Which there is not. Don’t settle for being given a complex label of your ‘type’ of depression. It is ridiculous and unhelpful how many categories of depression there are. Don’t live your life saying to yourself, ‘my (insert terrible diagnosis of physical or emotional problem).’

    Depression is something we do, and in the short term, it can even be healthy, because it’s a process, it has a root cause, it’s trying to tell you there is something to address; you’ve gone inside, compressed yourself, in order to try and figure it out.

    3. Find Your Personality Type

    If you answer the questions in this personality type test in a thoughtful and honest way, you should find that it tallies with much of what you also discover through the steps that follow in your human design.

    Once you have your result you are free to go and do some more YouTube research on what it is to identify as this type! It should give you lots of helpful insight and an explanation about the way you respond to the people in the world around you.

4. Grab Your Free Human Design Chart

You will need your accurate time and place of birth in order to be truly exact. I was born in the 1970s in Leeds, UK and my time of birth was found on my mother’s medical records, not mine. So you may need to google how to access medical records for your place in the world. If your mother is deceased, you may need a copy of the death certificate, or similar proof, if it is her records you need.

You can use 12 noon on the day of your birth if necessary, but there’s no guarantee that’s the exact placement of the stars overhead as you came into being!

Once you have your free human design chart you can head to YouTube as a first port of call and do a deep dive on what it all means. Your strategy and authority, which is detailed on your chart, will tell you a lot about how you are supposed to function in the world. But basically, your human design chart is the top-to-toe of what it is to be you. Your strengths, your weaknesses, what will suit you, and what won’t.

Even in terms of diet, environment, the light that suits you, your subconscious gifts and the way others see you. It’s all there. If you’ve never heard of it, you won’t believe what you can learn from it.

One of the biggest mistakes we make in life is to live our lives according to what other people or society at large tell us it should be. And feeling guilty for having needs and desires of our own. No matter whether you have dependents you’re responsible for or not, your life matters, otherwise you wouldn’t be here on the planet. There are no mistakes. No bystanders.

And we are not a one size fits all! Having your human design chart will be intensely reassuring for you. You will feel fully seen! Lots of burdens will be lifted as a result.

And eventually, you will want to grab your family’s charts too! So you can see the interplay between you all!

Get Your Chart

This is what I look like by design!

In terms of you starting out on how to research the various aspects of HD, I would start on YouTube with Richard Beaumont’s channel and first find your type (generator, manifestor, manifesting generator, projector, reflector). And then, as I said earlier, your strategy and authority, all specified in your chart, and then your profile type.

For example: I am a pure generator, my strategy is to respond, my authority is sacral (I need to act on my gut rather than my head!) and I am a 3/5 profile type which means I learn through trial and error and I make mistakes so I can highlight the pitfalls to you so you don’t have to fall into them! As a result, other people see me as someone with the ability to help. From just that little bit you can start to see how much information you can gain!

What is also fascinating about human design is that there is a conscious and unconscious aspect to it. You will see yourself in the conscious side, and the unconscious is how others perceive you.

5. I Love ‘A Course in Miracles’

It’s a substantial undertaking, but you can start simply with this beautiful program. And in the early stages, you may really enjoy ‘A Course in Miracles Made Easy’ by Alan Cohen to get you warmed up.

I have yet to buy the full set of texts the course consists of, I do it in the free way detailed below.

Now ACIM talks a lot about God. And at first instinct, that might not be for everyone, and you might need to look at it with an open mind. But it is made clear that you can substitute the name/definition of God and replace it with Love, Source, Spirit, Universe, whichever resonates with you. Don’t look at it from the perspective of formalised human religion, if that’s a problem for you. It’s really about training you to realise you are the light of the world and a conscious creator of the world you experience.

Start with the book mentioned above or possibly ‘I Had It All the Time’ also by Alan Cohen. Which gets you in the frame of mind of being a conscious creator in this life.

A Course in Miracles at its heart is subconscious mind reprogramming, which appeals to me because that’s what hypnosis is!

Where I started with ACIM was again on YouTube. I started my own word document and then I copy/pasted a lesson a day (there’s 365 altogether). It’s all about letting go of your ego-mind behaviours and judgments, leaning into love and forgiveness. The lessons are longer at times but they get shorter the further you go into it, but the idea is to have the lesson in your mind as you go about your day.

Want to change the world you live in? The world you see is created by the thoughts in your mind! You can’t rely on what your human eyes are seeing or what that voice in your head is telling you.

And that’s where A Course in Miracles will work with you.

Personally, I do two things:

I get the text of the lesson each day by googling ‘ACIM lesson 1’ e.g.

And I copy/paste the text into my own word document, so I am building up my own version as I go.

My favourite place to get the lesson text is linked for your convenience.

And while I read that through and assimilate it, I listen to Carol Howe unpack that particular lesson on YouTube too.

Maybe one day you will want to buy the course and workbooks, but you might as well start totally free and see if it’s for you!

This is something you will learn to live by. If it appeals to you, it will always be something you work with.

6. Consider Colour Analysis

Getting in touch with your physical body, and maximising what truly suits you, is really helpful too in terms of enhancing your confidence, whether you’re a man or a woman. Professional colour analysis will help you identify what colours work best for you, and dress for success. Wearing the right colours brings out all of your best assets and minimises your perceived imperfections. Your eyes will pop, your jawline will look sharper, your skin will be more luminous.

Since I started using my ‘true autumn’ colour analysis I get a lot of compliments about how that colour looks great on me! It’s another amazing way of getting in touch with yourself.

And I actually went for the cheapest option! The basic virtual colour analysis – see link below. I submitted my photographs for her to compile a report. You can upgrade and do a virtual Zoom consultation. (I have no affiliation with Carol, I just found it a great experience). You could absolutely choose your own analyst – but make sure the qualifications stack up.

7. Find Your Face Shape

I would also find an online face shape calculator and find out what your true face shape is, and then decide if your current hair style is working for you. And it can be really illuminating to google which celebrities you share the same face shape with. It’s a surprisingly effective way of getting in touch with yourself and maximising your natural gifts! When you see your face shape in someone else who is deemed beautiful/handsome it really does give you a bit of a psychological lift.

A friend of mine, who had zero physical self-esteem at the time, when we did her face shape it matched up with Liv Tyler’s, and once you saw it you couldn’t unsee the similarities. There’s always beauty to be found if you open your mind, change your perspective, and SEE IT!

I would try a couple of different calculators and be sure the result makes sense.
